The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Movement for the
Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) and other pro-Biafra groups should drop their agitation
if they are not ready for a total war to liberate the Igbos.
This position was expressed yesterday by The Humane Justice (HJ)
whose coordinator, Comrade Ifeanyi Ogweaka told The AUTHORITY that the
agitations as presently carried out by IPOB and MASSOB has ended up wasting
lives of innocent Igbo youths and not achieving much toward taking the Igbo
nation to the promised land.
His words: “It is on record that MASSOB has organized shut downs
in Nigeria with bloody consequences. Another group IPOB has come with their own. The
resultant effect is similar yet there is no physical, spiritual and legal
action to get justice for the murdered youths. My question is this, which of
the groups is behind the planned shut down for Friday, is it the Nnamdi
Kanu-led group or the ones led by Hon Justice
Ozobo? The people deserve to know.”
The Humane Justice coordinator declared that any group that is not prepared for war should
stop risking the lives of the hapless youths. “The only language a Fulani man
understands is war and blood, if they are not ready to meet Buhari on that
terms, then they suspend their activities for now,” he stated.
Comrade Ogweaka however condemned the Nigeria’s security agencies
for their attitude to the Igbo race whenever they come out to demonstrate huge
marginalization they have been subjected. “It is unfortunate that innocent
youths who are not armed but simply marching on the streets are considered for
assassination.”
He noted that the marginalization, intimidation and humiliation
of the Igbo in a country they have worked so hard to get and maintain is
nothing but an invitation for war.
The coordinator of the human rights group also took a swipe at the fiery catholic
priest, Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka, for giving spiritual support to a hater of Igbo
nation “I congratulate Fr Mbaka for his political prophesy that Buhari is the
saint that will give us salvation. We have seen the salvation in the killing
and maiming of our youths and the hunger and starvation across the country.
