A FAMILY MEMBER OF IPOB LEADER MAZI NNAMDI KANU ACCUSED CNN,BBC,ALJAZERA AND VOA OF TAKE BRIDE FROM BRITISH GOVERNMENT NOT TO REPORT ABOUT BIAFRA STRUGGLE AND NNAMDI KANU’S DETENTION.

The family mem­bers for the detained leader of the indige­nous people of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Okwu Kanu has accused some in­ternational media organisa­tions, including the CNN and BBC of being biased concern­ing the struggle for Biafra and the continued detention Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

The family in a statement issued by Emmanuel Okwu Kanu yesterday and obtained by the Authority in Onitsha noted that it is most unfortu­nate that CNN, BBC and oth­er international media com­panies that are supposed to be resolute in educating the peo­ple of the world on the truth, turned their back on the truth.

Kanu alleged that the CNN and BBC were paid by the Obama government and Brit­ish government not to talk on the news concerning Biafra struggle and Nnamdi Kanu’s detention, noting that Aljaz­era was a bit fair on the news of Biafra and for the release of his brother, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who has been detained for over one year and some more months.

According to the statement, “We the members of the fam­ily are worried why the inter­national media outfits like CNN and BBC cannot tell the entire world the truth but were bought over by evil peo­ple in the world; we didn’t be­lieve before now that outfits like CNN and BBC can be so loose to the level that they will not prove the ethics of jour­nalism.

“However, they failed to un­derstand that people around the globe believe in their news before but today they are no more relevant in the face of the general public; people now believe more on tweeter mes­sages, Facebook and other so­cial media outlets.

Kanu said that with this ugly trend, very soon Bia­fra will build an internation­al media outfit that will com­pete with the compromised CNN and BBC, noting that Obama’s administration rec­ognized, defended and sup­ported Muslims in the world in everything more than the Christians and his adminis­tration collaborated with the CNN and BBC in every evil committed by the Muslims.

He continued, “In a sim­ilar vein, the American and British ambassadors in Ni­geria were also in collabora­tion with the BBC, CNN and Muslims in keeping silence to the killing of unarmed mem­bers of IPOB who were mas­sacred in a cold blood in dif­ferent cities in Nigeria and the support for the illegal deten­tion of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and other IPOB members de­tained illegally in all the pris­ons and security cells in Ni­geria.

The American and British ambassadors in Nigeria nev­er condemned the killings for one day and that is a clear indication that they are not concerned about condemn­ing the barbaric attitude from the side of security agents in Nigeria.

It is imperative to let the people of Nigeria and the world to know that Nigeria is never one nation and can­not be one because there are nations with different value system before amalgamation in 1914
“May we ask these three nations of Arewa, Odudu­wa and Biafra to ask them­selves this question: who are you before amalgamation in 1914, you must trace your or­igin before it is too late?”?
